The book “Empowered She: Unlocking Women’s wellness” is just simply great. It talks about the togetherness of race, gender, and health all in one take so that we could realize and find a way to deal with the individualistic needs of women of color. It is all about education and giving power to women by giving them information and tools with which to deal with their health issues.

This book is a passionate friend urging us all to raise our voices. “Hey, let’s change the world together,” it says. Women of color ought to receive better support, treatment, and health. We can make it happen. The goal is to give women of color the information, tools, and encouragement they require to improve their own lives and the lives of their communities.
